• Duration of oral presentations: 20 minutes
• Discussion period: 10 minutes
• Proposel will be published in accordance with AIECM3 guidelines
• Poster presentations will be discussed during designated sessions and included in the proceedings volume

• Abstracts must include the title, author(s), and the author’s affiliated institution.
• Abstracts should be analytical, comprehensive, and clearly structured.
• Abstracts should be approximately 400–600 words in length.
• The proposal must specify the presentation format (oral, poster) and the topic.
• Paper proposals should be submitted to AIECM3 Association President Alessandra Molinari and one of the field representatives.

The official languages of the congress are French, English, Italian, Spanish, and Turkish. Simultaneous translation (Turkish–English / English–Turkish) will be provided.

All PowerPoint presentations must be prepared in English.
